This item is a Grindstone which can be used for dressing 'DULL' and under performing diamond tipped tools and will usually 'lift' the diamond to restore cutting performance
The grit used in the make-up of the Dressing Stone is specially formulated to clean the faces of the Diamond Chips and remove embedded cutting dust particles from out of the microscopic pores of the crown
Touch the crown of the diamond blade with the Dressing Stone to clean the diamond rim
The foot holder makes it suitable and safe to use when dressing diamond blades fitted to a power saw
Please remember that this Dressing Stone is NOT a complete restoration cure for diamond blades that have been damaged by misuse such as by overheating the crown or touching metal items
